Cailin’s Tuesday Tease for March 2017

The Tuesday tease for March come from "The Key," a short story I wrote for the Kink in Ink event in the BDSM Group on Goodreads.

Holy hotness, my lady. Michelangelo just came in the Uffizi.
The Key is a terrific read. I loved the premise of the sadistic artist and his (somewhat) reluctant model. I loved the juxtaposition of sexual sadism (in Kolya) against true violence (in Ivan). The challenge to process the difference makes the kink sexier.  Jillian

I really enjoyed how you built up the tension in the opening scenes.

Thank you for this tasty treat, Cailin! It was interesting to see the disparity between my initial perception of Kolya and how he reveals himself to be, esp in contrast to Ivan. We get a hint of his complexity and that made me want more ;) Tender sadism… Yes, that would be my preferred brand, too :)

Thank you for fascinating short, Cailin! I would love to read the back story here and to me there is nothing hotter that a yummy sadist.

The Key

Tyen has three rules: pain is not a good thing, any significant other in her life is her co-equal, and under no condition would she ever model for Kolya Kushnir.

Kolya likes playing games especially those that involve predicament bondage. When he snatched her key and forced Tyen to play hide and seek, he never imagined his actions might kill her.

Story’s Genre: BDSM erotic romance. Happily Ever After. Kink: predicament bondage, S/M, m/f.

The Tease:

Kolya was an artist. A sculptor focused on what he termed brutal beauty. He’d tried but failed to convince Tyen to model for him, claiming he’d make it worth her while with a naughty wiggle of his eyebrows. She’d refused, not willing to experience the pain that went along with being the focus of his creative genius. Then he’d grabbed the key, promising to return it if she modeled for him, offering his sadistic little hide and seek game to increase his enjoyment of her eventual capitulation, a game designed to make it impossible for her to win.

She didn’t knock. It wasn’t necessary. People came and went from Kolya’s as they pleased. When she entered, he was motionless, staring at several large sheets of sketches clipped to a line strung across one end of his studio. He was nude except for a chain around his neck. No finer example of the perfection of the male form existed in art or real life.

She’d lusted after him for years, but he never took advantage of what she was willing to give. He didn’t fuck his models. It might affect his ability to wring as much pain from them as possible. Or so he claimed.

A large chunk of stone, untouched and rough, stood next to him. He must have heard her enter because he turned. A wicked smile spread his lips. Haphazard golden curls framed his angelic face. Clear blue eyes gave no hint to the wickedness of his mind.

“Give up?”

Tyen dropped her gaze to the floor and swallowed hard. “Yes.”

“I’m sorry. I didn’t hear what you said.”

She gritted her teeth and lifted her chin to glare at him. “I said yes.”
