Dinner for Two


If you love breakfast, but never have the time to make the foods you want to in the morning, change up your daily routine with breakfast for dinner! Add some mimosa and have a romantic evening.

Apple Pancakes

Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparations:
Separate eggs and add sour cream, apple, flour, baking powder and cinnamon to the yolks, stirring well. Beat egg whites until peaks form, and fold into yolk mixture. Cook on hot, lightly greased griddle until golden brown. Delicious served with a dollop of sour cream and maple syrup.

Makes 1 Batch.
