Flirty Friday -The Magic of First Dates

First dates are so exciting!

When you have the nervous flutter in the pit of your stomach, your hands are a bit moist and tingling with anticipation. The chemistry is probably already there, or just building. That little spark of interest.

Is he Mr Right?

Mr Right Now?

Getting ready usually involves a lot of thought and wardrobe changes.

Speaking of first dates, remember that scene from Bridget Jones Diary? She is getting ready to see Daniel Cleaver, her boss, at a book reception, and decides to wear 'granny panties' to suck her tummy in? She thinks it will also keep her "good" so that she doesn't sleep with him. Kind of like not shaving your legs before a date?

That was a hilarious scene when she forgets and he finds them!

Sometimes we don't have anymore first dates, because we're married or have a partner. But don't fear. We can still have a first date. My solution? Role play!

Get that nervous excitement back by arranging a date with your honey. Preferably the same place you met on your first date. Take a very relaxing bath and lots of time getting ready. Feel that excitement build.

You could wear the same clothes if you have them. Shave your legs and wear those sexy panties!

Flirt with your partner when you meet, just like a real first date. Gaze at each other. Feed each other bites of your meal. Compliment each other.

The best thing is, it will end up with more than a good night kiss~

Happy Flirty Friday!

Hubby & I try to "date" occasionally. Sometimes it's simply running to a store or as nice as dinner. Most the time it's a few glasses of wine after the kids are in bed. We "get dressed", play soft music, talk, laugh, and.... get out the feathers.

I heard there's another Bridget Jones movie in another year or so.
Can hardly wait for that.
My hubby and I will go on dates but recreating a first date I would love to get a chance to do.
